Moving with the success of his recent albums ‘Leave Yourself Alone‘ and ‘Don’t Come Back Here‘, Melbourne-based Hip-Hop artist/producer Teether continues his hot streak with a hefty new single titled ‘Dad Boiled the Ox‘.
Enlisting ZK King for the instrumental, the record opens with sleek downtempo production that seamlessly layers a thundering sub-bass with sleazy pulsating samples. Further, the track reaches its climax in the second half by exhibiting a fierce boom-bap styled hook, reminiscent to the likes of Earl Sweatshirt, R.A.P. Ferreira, MIKE and Medhane.
On the release, Teether took to his Instagram to enlighten his followers on the notion behind ‘Dad Boiled the Ox‘ and what it signifies.
