Budding Melbourne-based emcee Kevin Cartel has made a long-awaited return after stepping out with a musing new single ‘forever‘ – a sonic love letter about the partner he yearns to win back.

Channeling a more vulnerable side to his artistry, Cartel experiments with stripped back production by way of acoustic guitar chords, Lo-Fi-esque drum patterns, and ambient vocal layering. ‘Forever‘ renders the soundtrack of a lonely late night drive to nowhere, contemplating all that has happened and all that could have been.
