It’s hard to put into words just how far Baro has come as an artist, let alone what the future holds. The young Melburnian is constantly delivering such high-quality music and not afraid to experiment with different sounds.

‘Just Problems You Need To Know’, perfectly demonstrates just how raw and diverse Baro’s musical intellect is. The alternative/indie genre of the album suggests various influences ranging from grunge, jazz, blues, and soul.

The project sends the listener on a beautiful melodic rollercoaster, beginning with the slow, bluesy, love jam ‘LAY U DOWN/SEXY’ (video below). And closing with the vibrant, hard-hitting protest track ‘FUCK THE JUDGE’.

Tracks such as ‘You Are My Imagination Running Free’ and ‘PRETTY’ are both symbolic of his originality and innovation to stand out.

Though Baro’s more than capable of setting himself apart, much like he did on his previous release 17/18. This EP has been crafted as a body of work which extends beyond the modern boundaries of ‘pop music’.

Surely, it’s only a matter of time before Baro hits the world stage.
