Following the immense success of his latest single ‘Devil May Cry’, Melbourne-based R&B/Hip-Hop artist SXINT P has returned with his highly anticipated EP, titled ‘Nocturne’.
At six-tracks-long, the project explores themes of death, vulnerability, self-sabotage, love, and drugs, enclosing a personal story compiled with his utmost darkest of times.
While working on the EP, SXINT P discovered Chopin’s Nocturnes, a term used to describe ‘music inspired by the night’; hence the name ‘Nocturne’.
Sonically the project encapsulates a collection of mesmerising melodies that are combined with atmospheric production, resulting in a transcending listening experience.
Moreover, SXINT P continues to excel in his own lane as he’s able to deliver such extraordinary and angelic vocal performances. We’ve said it before, but SXINT P definitely feels like Australia’s answer to the global superstar that is The Weeknd.
