Looking to rise as one of Australia’s most exciting new acts is Melbourne-based R&B artist Antoine, as he shares an infectious and hypnotic debut single ‘One Time’.

Presenting tranquil soundscapes in an ambient setting, the record hears minimalist  and steadfast percussion play out amid swirling synths, while Antoine’s vigorous cadence floats fluently above. What’s more, ‘One Time’ rounds off with a groovy chorus that tips the hat to staple influences PartyNextDoor, Drake and Lil Bow Wow.

Coming from a family of musicians, who all originate from Mauritius, East Africa and Italy, Antoine says ‘One Time‘ channels the music he listened to growing up, giving it a nice modern touch.

“This is them island vibes my family and friends love. We love it cause it’s something that can bump in the clubs at night, at BBQ with the fam on some summertime vibes, on a road trip with friends, jamming out and singing along.
