Rising Sydney-based artist VALDOXAN brings us his third release for the year ‘RAREBOY’ via 2030 Records, a student-run record label backed by the Australian Institute of Music that operates across Sydney and Melbourne with distribution through Ditto Music.

From the jump, this new single draws listeners in with dark Emo/Trap aesthetics as VALDOXAN delivers punchy vocals over a hard-hitting bassline. ‘RAREBOY‘ pulls inspiration from a melting pot of styles as a means of creating an empowering anthem of self-expression. VALDOXAN projects a bold and melodic cadence that’s pleasantly reminiscent to the likes of global icons Lil Peep and $uicideboy$, thus showcasing his impeccable artistry at such an early point in his career.

Speaking on the release, VALDOXAN says;

“RAREBOY was just one of those beats that I make every day, however, this one stood out. After I laid the hook down and showed it to some mates, they loved it so I had to turn it into a full thing. RAREBOY is me flexing my shit and feeling myself, breezing through the rough type shit.”
